Become a Host or Refer
Churches and Non-Profits:
If your church or organization would like to participate as an Angel Food host site we would love to provide you with some information and connect you to what is happening in your community. To find out more please call us at 888-652-0119.
Social Agencies:
If you assist families or individuals that could use assistance with food and a reduction in their monthly food budget, then you should refer them to a local Angel Food Site. They will be treated with kindness, participate with dignity and find new help with both nutrition and connect to a healthy social network.
Income Qualification: There is no means test for Angel Food. Participation is based upon stated interest and voluntary participation.
Make a Referral: Making a referral for Angel Food is easy. Simply download the attached form, and go to the link below to find a local host site phone number and address. Provide this information to your client and encourage their participation. Menus are also available.

Referral Benefits: Angel Food will have the following positive benefits on those you help–increased nutrition, increased food planning through monthly menu, increased awareness of budget planning, reduction in the stigma around food stamps, improvement in the perception of food stamp utility.
When No Host Site is Nearby: You can assist your clients by helping Angel Food find a new host site close to you. Angel Food staff will provide community presentations or information and can be reached at 888-652-0119.
